Beck Workin Up a Sweat!

Don't knock it until you try it, folks. It'll get you into a sweat faster than running a 6-minute mile.

  2. I'll have you know that I have lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist since Nov. Hoopin baby, it's the way to go. Sit ups don't hurt either, but they are torture. Got to keep up with the Jones' aka Williams posse. Nice photos hugh? Could my husband have picked a worse angle? And yet, no pics of you and HC skiing?! Why you ask? ask Laura and HC. Are you waiting for me to come and rip it up with you?
    Ok, I better quit with the trash talk now.

It is a great opportunity to kill two birds with one stone (working out and catching up with you, my dear friend.) COME TO PARIS!!! (and bring the hula hoop)
