The big 9-0-0

According to the Daily Mile, today I hit 900 miles for the year.

Happy 900 to me!! I should get something for this, like, I don't know, a bozo button, or a cookie, or a quarter to call someone who cares, or something, right?

I can't wait to hit 1000. Then I'm going to party.

    Congrats on the 900! Reward yourself with a new Garmin! I should hit my 800 for the year tomorrow!

    I ran most of these 900 in the same pair of shoes, actually. I bought a second pair but found that the old ones were better. Now they're held together in the back with duct tape inside where the heals go. That has given them a whole new life span.
