We Have to Look Good, Right?

I have been quiet for the past week, and for that I am truly sorry. I have been busier than a one-legged man in an arse kicking competition. Considering that I am training for a marathon, I'm not terribly happy about the one-legged part, but it is just an expression, so I'll leave it at that.

Today, I picked up our uniforms!!! (okay, maybe they're not uniforms, but we are going to look totally amazing running the streets of Paris.) I wonder......... is there a podium celebration for the best dressed team? Now, we have given quite a bit of thought to what we are going to wear. I am modeling our base-wear. (Please note the cutting-edge running skort!) There are numerous reasons why I love the skort. I've always been a skort person (right Beck?) so it only seems fitting that I carry over my passion for this summer essential to my running. The tank has been embroidered by our local Rotarian-owned company (Thanks, LP Graphics!!) They look awesome, and I can't wait to pop them into the mail for my running mate to see.

SO - chime in. What do YOU, our devoted followers, think about our potential uniforms? (and, please, if you choose to zoom in on this photo, try not to comment on the bizare expression on my face - focus on the nice embroidery and the sexy skort - you can even notice the muscle line along the outside of my leg, but stay away from the rather spacey look on my face)

  1. BTW, I totally see your muscle line (and I promise I did not look at the weird look on your face)!

  2. I see the muscle line but I did zoom in prior to reading the blog. Where can I get me one of these? The uniforms rock!
